Why Register Without a Personal Number

Telegram, WhatsApp*, and other messengers require an SMS code to create an account. But you don't always want to share your personal phone: work accounts, testing, privacy, or simply no spare SIM card available.

A virtual number solves this: you get a real phone number from the country you need, receive the SMS code, and complete registration.

Registering on Telegram With a Virtual Number

  1. Open smscodex.com and log in to your dashboard.
  2. In the "Quick Search" section, select Telegram and choose a country.
  3. Click "Buy" — the number appears instantly.
  4. In the Telegram app, enter the received number.
  5. The SMS code will appear in your SMSCodex dashboard (usually 5–15 seconds).
  6. Enter the code in Telegram — account created.

Registering on WhatsApp*

The process is identical. Select WhatsApp* on SMSCodex, get a number, enter it in the app, and wait for the SMS code. Tip: for WhatsApp*, choose numbers from countries where the messenger is popular (Russia, Brazil, India, UK).

Other Supported Services

SMSCodex has numbers for 700+ services: VK, Google, Instagram*, Facebook*, Discord, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Viber, Signal, and many more. Full list on the activations page.

Tips for Successful Activation

  • Choose popular countries — Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Indonesia, India — fast SMS delivery.
  • Don't wait too long — if no SMS in 2–3 minutes, cancel and get another number. Money refunds automatically.
  • Use the API — for bulk registration, REST API + WebSocket integration is much faster than manual purchasing.

Pricing

Prices depend on the service and country. Telegram — from $0.10, WhatsApp* — from $0.15, VK — from $0.05. Payment: USDT (TRC-20, BEP-20), TRX, BNB, TON, bank cards (RUB).

* Meta Platforms Inc. (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) activity is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation.
